(A) Pools and special purpose pools shall not be located beneath utility lines nor over or within 5 feet of underground utility lines of any type.
(B) While being constructed, the pool area must be fenced with a portable fence, such as a snow fence not less than 4 feet in height.
(C) No pool or special purpose pool shall be located within any public or private utility, easement, ingress or egress easement, drainageway, marsh or other location in which it will represent a threat to the natural environment.
(D) Pools are accessory structures as identified by the zoning district regulations and as such must meet accessory structure setback requirements in § 153.031 of the city code. In addition, pools, except portable pools, may only be located in rear yards.
