§ 32.01 PERSONNEL POLICY.
   The City Council shall by resolution adopt a personnel policy to establish a uniform and equitable system of personnel administration for employees of the city. A copy of the Personnel Policy and any changes or amendments thereto shall be on file with the City Clerk. One copy of the Personnel Policy and any changes or amendments thereto shall be given to each employee of the city.
