Every applicant for a building permit must submit proof satisfactory to the City Attorney that all easements necessary for utilities, ingress, and egress to the subject property have been obtained. No building permits or utility hook-ups will be allowed without such proof or a written statement from the City Attorney that no such easements are necessary.
