(A) Water Well Construction Code. The Water Well Construction Code of the Minnesota Department of Health, being Minn. Rules, Ch. 4725, is adopted and incorporated by reference as a regulation of the city, and all of the provisions therein set forth shall be as much a part of this section as if they had been set out in full herein.

(B) Enforcement. The Minnesota State Building Code shall be enforced in the city by such city official, Chisago County official, or other qualified individual as shall be designated by the Council.
