(A) Officers. The Commission shall elect a Chairperson from among its appointed members for a term of 1 year; and the Commission may create and fill such other offices as it may determine. The City Clerk shall act as Secretary of the Planning Commission, but he shall not be a member.
(B) Meetings, records, reports. The Commission shall hold at least 1 regular meeting each month. It shall keep a record of its resolution, transactions, and findings, which record shall be a public record. Expenditures of the Commission shall be within the amount appropriated for the purpose by the City Council.
