(A) All improved areas within the dedicated street area or other public use areas and all yards must be graded and seeded.
(B) One tree must be planted along street frontages between the building line and the front and corner property lines of each lot. Once planted, the maintenance of these trees is the responsibility of the property owner. Required street trees must be installed on an individual lot prior to issuance of a letter of occupancy for that lot in accordance with section 14-11-20 of this title. (Ord. 1379, 6-9-2008)
