The provisions of this title limiting the movement of traffic on Strong Avenue north of its intersection with Fourth Street in the city to southbound traffic only shall not apply to school bus vehicles being used to transport schoolchildren to and from John F. Kennedy School in the city. This exemption shall not, however, protect the driver of any such vehicle from the consequence of a reckless disregard for the safety of others. (Ord. 828, 10-3-1994)
