9-2-7: SPRING VALLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT 99 ROADS:

All traffic laws under this title are applicable to land owned by school district 99, Bureau County, Illinois, situated within the corporate limits of the city by virtue of an agreement pursuant to section 11-209 of the motor vehicle code of the state of Illinois, and the ordinance codified herein. (Ord. 828, 10-3-1994)
