8-3-4: FEES:
The fee for such permits shall be ten dollars ($10.00). A cash deposit of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be made with each such application to ensure replacement of the surface in its original condition, to be returned when the work has been completed in accordance with the terms of the permit.
