8-2-2: FEE:
The fee for all such construction permits shall be one dollar ($1.00), and an annual fee of one dollar ($1.00) shall be paid by every person maintaining such driveways for the habitual or continuous use of persons other than the owners or occupants of the premises to which it leads. (1972 Code)
