Any person permitting the running at large of chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks or other like fowl shall be deemed and taken as a public nuisance, and any person who shall allow any chickens, turkeys, geese, ducks or like fowl to run at large, or who shall not keep the same yarded, or otherwise confined, or who shall permit any such fowl to stray upon the premises of another, to the annoyance of the owner or occupant of such premises shall be deemed guilty of maintaining or creating a public nuisance.
