In event of failure to pay the fee as provided herein within thirty (30) days, the city clerk may file with the county clerk and the recorder of Bureau County, Illinois, a statement of lien claim. This statement shall contain the legal description of the premises upon which the nuisance was abated and the amount of unpaid charges as provided under section 7-7-6 of this chapter.
