7-1-32: PENALTY:

Any person who shall violate any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, in addition to the enforcement of the forfeiture and liabilities herein contained, pay a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 688, 2-20-1989)
