7-1-26-8: ELIMINATION OF EXISTING CROSS CONNECTIONS:
Within one year from the effective date of this section all existing cross connections to the Spring Valley water supply systems shall be eliminated. The expenses of such elimination shall be that of the owner of the property on which such cross connection exists. (Ord. 555, 12-20-1982)
