7-1-26-4: LOCAL CROSS CONNECTION CONTROL PROGRAM:
The city shall develop a comprehensive control program for the elimination and prevention of all cross connections, and removal of all existing cross connections and prevention of all future cross connections. (Ord. 555, 12-20-1982)
