7-1-26: CONNECTION FEE:

In addition to all other charges provided herein, owners of individual lots heretofore assessed connection fees for payment of water mains or sewers installed by the city pursuant to ordinance shall tender the connection fee for said water main and/or sewer in addition to the application for tap provided above. (1972 Code)
