Applicants who desire water taps shall pay the following amounts according to the size of the tap desired, said amounts to be paid to the city clerk:

In addition to the tap-on fees set forth herein, applicants who desire water taps shall also reimburse the city of Spring Valley for the cost of the meter supplied by the city of Spring Valley. (Ord. 1202, 5-15-2006)
Applicants/developer will be charged a flat rate of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) if the applicant/developer provides all material and labor for the water tap. Said fee is to be paid prior to the start of the water tap construction. (Ord. 1439, 11-23-2009)
