6-2-27: TOBACCO POSSESSION BY MINORS:
   (A)   Possession Unlawful: It shall be unlawful for any person under eighteen (18) years of age to possess or smoke cigarettes, cigars, pipes or other tobacco products within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   Penalty: Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined twenty five dollars ($25.00) for a first violation and fifty dollars ($50.00) for any second or subsequent violation. (Ord. 885, 6-16-1997)
