6-1-12: MONTHLY REPORTS:
The chief of police shall monthly present his written report showing the number of arrests made by the police force during the preceding month, the name of each person arrested, the offense charged, the officer making the arrest, the proper officer before whom tried, the disposition of the case, the fine imposed, if any, and the amount of such fine, and city officer's fees for serving papers therein collected, and in said report he shall give a list of all dogs killed and buried, if any, during the preceding month, the name of the owner, if known, the officer by whom killed and the reason therefor.
