Each licensee shall keep a verified inventory record indicating purchases and use of fuel, to indicate whether or not there is any abnormal or unexplained loss of fuel in any underground storage tank on the premises of such licensee; that in the event such records indicate any abnormal or unexplained loss of fuel, the fire chief may then require that a Kent Moore test or a test of equal physical nature be performed upon the underground storage tanks upon giving five (5) days' notice by certified mail to the owner and/or licensee of said premises. The licensee shall also make available to the fire chief a copy of the verified inventory referred to in this section upon request. (1972 Code)
