3-12-7: OTHER ENFORCEMENT:
The registration of a vacant building shall not preclude action by the City of Spring Valley to demolish or to take other action against the building pursuant to other provisions of this chapter, the other ordinances adopted by the City of Spring Valley, or other applicable legislation.
