The Mayor, with the advice and consent of the Council, may appoint a deputy building inspector to assist the building inspector if necessary for the proper enforcement of the provisions of this Code. The deputy building inspector shall have the same authority as the building inspector as set forth in this chapter. (1972 Code; amd. Ord. 1705, 11-20-2017)
