3-1-1: APPOINTMENTS:
   (A)   Building Inspector: There is hereby created the position of building inspector who shall be appointed by the Mayor by and with the advice and consent of the Council.
   (B)   Fire Marshal: There is hereby created the position of Fire Marshal who shall be appointed by the Mayor by and with the advice and consent of the Council. (Ord. 1705, 11-20-2017)
