2-12-2: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The Spring Valley Fire Department is hereby authorized and directed to prepare a set of rules and regulations to be adopted by the members of the Spring Valley Fire Department to handle, administer and expend funds received by the Spring Valley Fire Department pursuant to the Foreign Fire Insurance Fund.
