2-11-5: INVESTMENT OF FUNDS:

The commission, without further city council approval, may invest any funds held by it pursuant to this chapter in accordance with the provisions set forth in the investment of public funds act, 30 Illinois Compiled Statutes 235/1 et seq. (Ord. 709, 2-5-1990)
