2-3-1: ESTABLISHMENT:
There is hereby created the Spring Valley ESDA liaison officer to facilitate the cooperation and protection of the city with the Bureau County emergency service and disaster agency in the work of disaster mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery in accordance with the Illinois emergency service and disaster agency act of 1988 (PA 85-1027). (Ord. 705, 11-6-1989)
