1-31-9: STATEMENT OF PURPOSE FOR COLLECTING:
When collecting a social security number, or upon request by an individual, the City of Spring Valley will provide a statement of the purpose or purposes for which the City of Spring Valley is collecting and using the social security number provided. (Ord. 1719, 3-26-2018)
