§ 177.02  STREET NAMING AND NUMBERING SYSTEM.
   (A)   Streets shall be named and renamed by the Executive so that their names are easy to understand and to avoid duplication or conflict with other names.
   (B)   The County Area Plan Commission may, by rule, prescribe a numbering system for lots and structures.
