§ 177.01  AREA PLANNING COMMISSION DUTY.
   The County Area Plan Commission must:
   (A)   Approve the assignment of street numbers to lots and structures within the town;
   (B)   May number or renumber lots and structures; and
   (C)   May recommend the naming and renaming of streets to the Executive.
