It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or shoot stones, clubs, shot or any objects or missiles, either with hand, sling or other instrument for the purpose of throwing or shooting at any person or animal or at any building or other property, or to throw or shoot objects or missiles in like manner upon any of the streets or within the limits of the town.
