(A) No person or persons shall directly or indirectly permit any drainage from cesspools, septic tanks, privy vaults or any other source, excepting surface drainage caused by rainfall or melting of ice and snow, to be drained into the body of water known as “Spring Lake.”
(B) Any and all drains, such as are prohibited in division (A) above, shall be removed from said Lake.
