(A) A permit must be obtained from the Clerk-Treasurer for the erection of any pier or dock on the strip of ground bordering Spring Lake, setting out the location, size and material to be used.
(B) Any pier or dock so erected on the property of Spring Lake is for the general use of all of the residents of the town, one exception being: no boat docking at the diving board pier.
(C) It shall be the responsibility of each property owner to see that any pier or dock erected by him or her is kept in a safe condition.
