§ 174.19  BOATING, SWIMMING AND ICE SKATING.
   (A)   No person or persons shall use Spring Lake for boating, bathing or skating after 10:00 p.m. (local time).
   (B)   Swimming shall be limited to daylight hours only, hereafter defined as one-half hour before sunrise until one-half hour after sunset. Pre-school children will be supervised in any swimming activity in the lake.
   (C)   Regulations establishing restricted areas for ice skating or no ice skating and bonfires shall be established by the Town Council as the circumstances require them.
   (D)   A small battery operated trolling motor may be used to power a boat  All other conveyance will be subject to prior approval by the Council.
   (E)   A non-resident shall not be permitted to use the lake for boating, bathing, swimming, fishing or ice skating unless accompanied at all times by a property owner or permanent resident who is at least 18 years of age.
   (F)   A property owner or resident shall not sponsor more than six persons at one time.
   (G)   Larger parties may be sponsored if special party permissions is requested through the Clerk-Treasurer and granted by at least one Town Council member before use of the lake is begun.
