§ 173.48  PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
   On any such designated areas as streets and drives, unless posted as no parking areas, parking shall be limited to areas where a safe clearance remains for passing for normal vehicular traffic, including, but not limited to, such vehicles as trucks and school buses.
