§ 171.15 ELECTIVE OFFICERS; APPOINTED OFFICIALS.

   (A)   The elective officers of the town, elected in accordance with the provisions of the state election laws and I.C. 36-5-2-1 et seq. and 36-5-6-1 et seq., shall be:

      (1)   The members of the Town Council; and

      (2)   The Clerk-Treasurer.

   (B)   The Town Council may appoint the following officials:

      (1)   Street Commissioner;

      (2)   The Town Marshal; and

      (3)   Boards, commissions officers and other employees pursuant to the provisions of the laws in effect and as hereafter provided.
