§ 51.06 COLLECTION OF SEWER RENTALS.
   The Municipal Finance Officer of the city shall receive the sewer rentals, issue the receipts therefor, make entries in the books furnished for that purpose by the city, and prepare a proper accounting to the Common Council periodically.
