§ 50.04 SUPERVISION.
   All work done and material furnished in repairing pipes heretofor laid between the main and curb stops, and all work hereinafter done and material hereinafter furnished in making taps and laying new pipe between the main and curb stop, shall be under the supervision of the Utilities Superintendent.
