§ 1.0247 DETERMINATION OF ELECTION RESULTS.
   (a)   Number of Votes: Every voter shall be entitled to vote for one candidate for Mayor and for as many candidates for Alderman as there are Aldermen to be elected from the ward in which the voter resides.
   (b)   Determination of Elected Officials: The candidates shall be elected by majority vote as required by State law.
