§ 1.0201 INCORPORATION.
   The inhabitants of the City of Springfield within the corporate limits as defined in Section 102 of this Charter or subsequently altered by annexation shall be know as the “City of Springfield” and continue to be a municipal body politic and corporate in perpetuity.
