§ 153.245 CONSTRUCTION AND USE TO BE PROVIDED AS DEMONSTRATED.
   Building permits or certificates of zoning compliance issued on the basis of plans and applications, and any other use, arrangement, or construction at variance with the authorized shall be deemed a violation of this chapter, and punishable as provided by § 32.99 hereof.
