   (C)   Dwellings, three-family;

   (D)   Dwellings, four-family;

   (E)   Modular homes pursuant to § 153.224(A) through (H);

   (F)   Manufactured homes pursuant to § 153.224(A) through (H);

   (G)   Campgrounds; and

   (H)   Vacation/recreation-related commercial establishments.
