§ 153.041 PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES.

   (A)   Dwelling, single-family;

   (B)   Modular homes pursuant to § 153.224(A) through (H);

   (C)   Churches and places of worship;

   (D)   Public and private schools;

   (E)   Public parks, playgrounds, or playfields;

   (F)   Community buildings owned and/or occupied by public agencies; and

   (G)   Nursing, convalescent, and retirement homes.
