§ 153.025 MINIMUM FRONT, SIDE, AND REAR YARDS.
   The minimum yard dimensions shall be a front yard of not less than a 70 foot depth, a side yard of not less than 40 foot depth, and a rear yard of not less than a 50 foot depth.
