§ 31.20 QUALIFICATIONS.
   (A)   The Mayor, Council members, Attorney, Chief of Police, police officers, and Municipal Finance Officer shall qualify by taking an oath of office.
   (B)   Such oath of office shall be filed with the Municipal Finance Officer, and shall be similar to the oath prescribed in § 1.0251 of the City Charter.
