§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any owner, lessee, occupant, or person in charge who shall fail, neglect, or refuse to remove snow and ice, or strew the same with sand or other substances as directed in §§ 152.45 through 152.51, or who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 152.45 through 152.50, or who shall resist or obstruct the Chief of Police, or his or her employees, in the removal of snow and ice shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $25, and each day of which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.

      (2)   The person or entity who shall violate any section of § 152.51 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100.
