§ 130.01 LIQUOR-LICENSED PREMISES; PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   (1)   All provisions of SDCL § 35-4, as amended, pertaining to exclusion of persons under the age of 21 from on-sale liquor-licensed premises shall apply for the purposes and intent of this section.
      (2)   No person under the age of 21 may sell, serve, or dispense alcoholic beverages, nor may such person(s) loiter on on-sale licensed premises. It shall be the duty of the owner or proprietor of such licensed premises or establishment to comply with this section and all provisions of SDCL § 35-4, as amended.

   (B)   All provisions of SDCL § 35-4, as amended, pertaining to sales of malt beverages and/or other alcoholic beverages on off-sale liquor-licensed premises by persons less than 21 years of age shall apply for the purposes and intent of this section and as they also pertain to the duties of the owner or proprietor.
