§ 113.02 LICENSE REQUIREMENT.
   (A)   Any person who is an itinerant merchant, peddler, or solicitor shall obtain a license before engaging in such activity within the municipality.
   (B)   No license issued under this subchapter shall be transferable.
   (C)   All licenses issued under this subchapter shall cost $20 per day, $50 per month, and $120 per year. Fees may be reviewed by the Common Council from time to time.
