The City Board of Health shall have the authority to make inspections of dairies or premises where milk, cream, or milk products are produced or premises used in any manner whatsoever in connection with the production of milk, cream, or milk products from which dairies or premises milk is sold in the city for domestic use, and shall have authority to prohibit the sale for human consumption of milk or cream which have not been produced or handled in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and for like causes shall have power to revoke any licenses granted under this chapter.
