§ 91.071 DUTY TO IMPOUND.
   It shall be the duty of the Chief of Police or any person under his or her direction, to take up any such domestic animals referred to in this subchapter found running at large contrary to the provisions of the foregoing section, and to confine the same in such public pound as shall be provided for that purpose.
