§ 91.070 ANIMALS AT LARGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person being the owner, or having in his or her charge, any horses, cattle, or other domestic animals or chickens, or other domestic fowl, to permit the same, or any one or more of such animals or fowl, to run at large within the corporate limits of the city.
